Founded on 11 June 2019, IOTA is a French technology and organisation consultancy. It advises executive teams on issues that engage strategy, organisation, technology and the market at the same time.

IOTA retains leadership of every assignment and brings in specialist technology or sector expertise when the subject requires it. The team is shaped around the problem, the responsibilities involved and the programme’s duration.
The firm provides executive advisory, transformation leadership and operational support. For selected projects, IOTA may also take a minority stake on its own account, independently of any third-party asset management activity.

An entrepreneur and technology executive.
An Arts et Métiers engineer, Gaël Marronnier has founded, developed, financed and led several technology businesses. He built a company specialising in cybersecurity and infrastructure, expanded it in France and internationally, then sold it to a listed group.
His experience combines executive management, P&L ownership, financing, investor relations, complex sales and international development. It spans cybersecurity, private and sovereign cloud, data centres, high-performance computing, AI and IoT, with subsidiaries and ecosystems developed across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
