Data collected on the website

The website contains no form, personal account, newsletter, advertising tool or audience-measurement service. IOTA therefore collects no personal data while you simply browse the site.

Cookies

IOTA sets no cookies and uses no trackers. The language selector only navigates between the /fr/ and /en/ addresses and does not store your choice. No consent banner is therefore required.

Hosting provider’s technical logs

Firebase Hosting may process the IP address, request date and time, requested URL and browser information. This data is used to operate and secure the hosting service. IOTA does not use it for profiling or prospecting.

When you contact IOTA

If you email or call IOTA, or contact us through LinkedIn, the information you provide is used to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a contractual relationship. LinkedIn processes exchanges made on its platform under its own terms.

Legal basis

Depending on your request, processing is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or is based on IOTA’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

Retention period

Where no contract is entered into, prospect data is retained for no more than three years after the last contact. A legal obligation or the defence of a right may justify a different period.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and, where the relevant conditions are met, exercise your right to data portability. Send requests by email to gael@marronnier.com or by post to 16 allée de Caderousse, 31320 Vigoulet-Auzil, France. Proof of identity will only be requested where there is reasonable doubt.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
